AudioPage Privacy Policy

AudioPage AI: Read Aloud is designed to keep listening and document processing local whenever possible. This policy explains the limited data used when you choose account, cloud AI, synchronization, or purchase features.

Information AudioPage processes

• Documents and audio: Imported documents and generated playback remain on your device for local features. When you explicitly use cloud summaries or document chat, document text and your request are sent to AudioPage's cloud service and AI provider. Cloud document text, search chunks, and generated summaries may be retained so you can continue using document AI until you delete the document or account.
• Account information: If you sign in, Firebase processes your Apple account identifier, name, email address, and the account identifier assigned by Firebase to authenticate you and operate your account.
• Optional synchronization: If you enable sync, AudioPage stores library metadata including titles, source links, summaries, tags, favorites, completion state, playback progress, and cloud document identifiers in your private Firebase account. Generated audio and original local files are not uploaded by library sync.
• Subscriptions: Apple processes payments. RevenueCat receives purchase identifiers, subscription status, product information, and an app user identifier so AudioPage can unlock paid features and provide purchase support.
• Product analytics: Firebase Analytics receives limited, non-advertising product-interaction and app-instance information, such as which upgrade entry point was shown and whether a purchase completed. Document contents and questions are never included in analytics events.
• Security and operations: Firebase App Check and AudioPage's infrastructure may process device or request signals, IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic information to prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide requested features, authenticate accounts, synchronize eligible content, verify subscriptions, enforce usage limits, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, and understand limited product interactions. AudioPage does not sell personal information, use cross-app tracking, or use document contents for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Local content stays on your device until you remove it or delete the app. Cloud document content and synchronized metadata remain until you delete the item or your account, subject to short operational backup and security-log retention. You can delete your AudioPage account and associated cloud data from Settings. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction records as required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Service providers

AudioPage uses Apple for distribution and payments, RevenueCat for subscription management, Firebase for authentication, app verification, and limited product analytics, Cloudflare for service infrastructure, and an AI model provider to answer cloud summary and chat requests. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Your choices

You can use local listening features without cloud AI, decline account features, restore or manage purchases through Apple, and delete your account from the app. Cloud AI and synchronization are not included with Lifetime Offline access.

Children and changes

AudioPage is not directed to children under 13. This policy may be updated as the product changes; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
